Spindle type A

Machines for Watchmakers

The Model A Bobineau represents the ideal and most dynamic solution for watchmaking laboratories and restoration technicians. Specifically designed for finishing and geometric grinding operations on lapidary machines, this tool allows for the manual rotation of bezels, casebacks, and watch cases with the highest possible precision. Its modular architecture makes it extremely versatile, allowing for a quick transition from grinding on a lapidary machine to polishing on a buffing machine. **3-jaw self-centering chuck**: guarantees concentric clamping free of mechanical deformation on the watch components. **Quick-release removable head**: allows the workpiece holder head to be replaced in seconds, making jaws of different shapes and/or materials readily available. **Horizontal axis: "lock and release" type adjustment** for quick and flexible positioning. **Vertical axis: precision micrometric adjustment** to calibrate the angle of incidence on the lapidary plate to the millimeter. **Free rotation**: allows for smooth and continuous 360° gliding of the component during the finishing phases. The main body can be easily removed from the base and, thanks to the special ergonomic handle, it can be used manually on the buffing machine for the mirror-polishing and final finishing stages. **Interchangeable and custom jaws**: standard bronze and nylon jaws are available in various geometries. They can also be custom-made on demand to customer specifications.
