Benchtop belt sander designed for flat sanding, emery finishing, and high-precision satin finishing on watch cases, bezels, bracelets, and watch related components. Thanks to its structural stability and precise backing plates, it delivers perfectly flat surfaces and flawless crisp edges, meeting the strict standards of haute horlogerie. Designed for a **1000x100 mm abrasive belt** with a quick-tensioning system, available in both mechanical and pneumatic configurations. To guarantee absolute flatness, the machine offers a choice between a tempered glass backing plate or a DLC-treated (Diamond-Like Carbon) steel plate with ultra-high wear resistance. Equipped with a powerful **1.1 kW motor** with **variable speed from 0 to 2400 rpm**. Intuitive management via a **4.3" touch-screen panel**, with the ability to save the most frequently used speed presets. Supplied as standard with a **ΓΈ130x100 mm rubber contact wheel** for machining curved surfaces and contours; smaller sizes and different hardness levels are available in our catalog. Pre-arranged for the installation of the optional 3D worktable.
