Machines for Watchmakers

Dual-disk watchmaking lapping machine with two independent motors, bidirectional rotation, and advanced control via a 7" touch panel. Machine designed for maximum precision lapping, surfacing, and geometric finishing operations on high-end watch cases, bezels, case backs, and components. The independent dual-disk architecture allows the machine to be configured for two consecutive processing phases (e.g., roughing and mirror polishing), optimizing cycle times and ensuring perfectly flat surfaces with flawless crisp edges. The machine is equipped with t**wo completely autonomous 1.1 kW motors**. Both motors feature **bidirectional rotation** (clockwise/counterclockwise) to adapt to any machining technique and cutting direction. The speed is adjustable from **0 to 1800 rpm** for each disk, allowing precise management of every work phase. Centralized motor management via a large 7" color touch-screen panel. It allows simultaneous or individual control of the parameters for both motors and the ability to save speed presets. It's equipped with two **ΓΈ250 mm stainless steel disks**, ground and balanced to guarantee absolute flatness and the total absence of vibrations. Native pre-arrangement on the worktable for the flexible mounting of precision 3D support tables or dedicated shafts for bobineau.
