Medium-duty industrial polishing machine designed to guarantee maximum stability and power during polishing and brushing operations. Featuring a solid and robust structure, this single-motor twin-shaft machine is engineered to perform combined and sequential tasks, optimizing industrial workflows on a single workstation managed in total safety by a single operator. Anti-vibration heavy-duty structure: designed to withstand the most demanding work cycles thanks to the motor with a robust cast iron housing and the ballasted structural steel base, which eliminates vibrations ensuring exceptionally high operational stability. Available in a wide range of sizes, with power outputs **up to 3 kW**, to adapt perfectly to specific production requirements. The machine can be configured in three speed-control variants, each equipped with dedicated braking systems: -Fixed Speed: **3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system. -Dual Speed: **1500 / 3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system. -Variable Speed: range **from 600 to 3600 rpm** via inverter, with acceleration and braking ramps managed directly by the inverter. Equipped with robust **ø25x110 mm spindles**, dimensioned to safely accommodate large wheels and brushes up to a **maximum diameter of ø300 mm**. Maximum customization of the workspace thanks to the choice between: -Floor-standing protective hoods (CBR model, 300 mm width). -"Suspended" protective guards (PL300 model), connected directly to the machine body. Supplied as standard with a horizontal emergency stop foot pedal, allowing the operator to immediately interrupt the work cycle when hands are occupied.
