Machine suitable for finishing, mirror-polishing, satin-finishing, and deburring of volumetrically complex parts. This long-shaft buffing machine radically solves the collision issues typical of standard machinery. Thanks to the significant distance between the brush and the motor body, the machine guarantees maximum freedom of movement and total geometric accessibility, making it the ideal solution for processing large components in the automotive, furniture, marine, and metalwork sectors. The shaft can be configured with a **total length of 600 mm or 800 mm**, protruding generously from the machine body to eliminate any physical interference during the handling of bulky workpieces. The end of the shaft integrates a **ø25x130 mm spindle**, designed for the use of wire brushes, cloth, cotton, and flap **wheels up to ø250x100 mm**. The machine is equipped with a **4 kW non-ventilated motor**. It is available in two variants: -Dual Speed (**1500 / 3000 rpm**): complete with an integrated electromagnetic disc brake for an immediate and safe mechanical stop when the circuit is opened. -Variable Speed (**600 - 3600 rpm**): managed via inverter, to vary the cutting speed based on the material processed (aluminum, stainless steel, brass...), optimizing the action of polishing compounds. The machine features a robust wrap-around guard designed for maximum safety. The structure of the protection leaves only the lower portion of the brush exposed, which is the active contact zone, intercepting and channeling processing residues and filaments toward the dust extraction system. The standard configuration includes an emergency stop foot pedal at the base of the heavy-duty structural steel frame. This system allows the operator to instantaneously interrupt the work cycle in total safety by foot pressure, keeping both hands firmly on the large component.
