Highly popular and valued in the tap and valve fitting industry (faucets), this machine utilizes a unique kinematic combination: the low rotation speed, combined with the large tool diameter, generates an exceptionally high peripheral cutting speed. This makes it possible to maximize the softness and flexibility of the wheel, which perfectly adapts to the complex geometries and curves of the workpieces without creating facets or altering sharp edges. Equipped with two independent **5.5 kW** motors each, capable of delivering exceptional torque even at the lowest RPMs to ensure seamless performance under heavy pressure. Adjustable speed range via inverter **from 300 to 1280 rpm** with belt drive, to accurately manage finishing operations with ventilated cotton discs, sisal wheels, or large-diameter soft brushes. **ø50 mm spindles**: specifically dimensioned to support the weight and inertia of the large polishing wheels, guaranteeing extended, maintenance-free operational longevity. The twin independent single-shaft motor architecture allows simultaneous use by two operators, guaranteeing independent controls and separate emergency stops as required by current safety regulations.
