Polishing Machines
Medium-duty industrial polishing machine designed to guarantee maximum stability and power during polishing and brushing operations. Featuring a dual independent single-shaft motor architecture, this machine is engineered to allow safe, simultaneous use by two operators. Each workstation is fully autonomous, optimizing industrial workflows and ensuring strict compliance with current workplace safety regulations, which prohibit the simultaneous use of single-motor machines by more than one operator. Designed to withstand intense work cycles thanks to the motors with robust cast iron housings and the ballasted structural steel base, engineered to eliminate vibrations and guarantee maximum stability even when both stations are running. Available with power outputs **up to 3 kW** per individual motor. The electrical and mechanical independence of the two motors allows different operations to be performed on both ends without any interference. Each motor can be individually configured in three variants, featuring dedicated and autonomous braking systems: -Fixed Speed: **3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system. -Dual Speed: **1500 / 3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system. -Variable Speed: range **from 600 to 3600 rpm** via inverter, with acceleration and braking ramps managed directly by each side's inverter. Equipped with two robust **ø25x110 mm single-shaft spindles**, dimensioned to safely accommodate wheels and brushes up to a **maximum diameter of ø300 mm**. Workspace protection on each side can be customized choosing between: -Floor-standing protective hoods (CBR model, 300 mm width). -"Suspended" protective guards (PL300 model), connected directly to the machine body. Supplied as standard with two separate horizontal emergency stop foot pedals (one for each operator). Motors can also be optionally supplied with an intrinsically safe electromagnetic disc brake. Custom spindles and oversized hoods are available as options, with the possibility of integrating built-in LED lighting systems.
