Top of the range for robustness and productivity, this machine is specifically designed for polishing, brushing, and heavy-duty deburring operations. The fully independent dual-motor architecture combines maximum safety for simultaneous use by two operators (in full compliance with current safety regulations) with excellent mechanical performance, capable of withstanding continuous and severe pressure loads without any drop in torque. The machine is available with two independent **5.5 kW or 7.5 kW** motors. The belt drive isolates the motor shaft from shocks and processing stresses, ensuring optimal smooth movement and extending the service life of the mechanical components. Speed regulation via inverter **up to 3000 rpm**. The electrical panel is equipped with a separate dual control pushbutton station and dedicated braking resistors, essential for dissipating energy and guaranteeing a fast, safe stop even for very high-inertia wheels. Equipped with two robust **ø35x150 mm spindles**, specifically dimensioned and supported by high-precision bearings to accommodate wheels, discs, and brushes up to a **maximum diameter of ø400 mm** in total stability. Each side is protected by special hoods engineered to maximize workplace health and safety, featuring a ø150 mm extraction outlet for optimal flow channeling towards the centralized system. The adjustable front and top guards progressively adapt to the wear and diameter of the wheel. A lower collection drawer is also included for the quick removal of heavy dust and metallic residues.
