Belt Grinding Machines

The T1 is a machine specifically developed to meet the strict geometric and surface finish standards required by the **medical sector** (orthopedic prostheses, biomedical implants) and the **aerospace **industry (turbine blades, advanced fluid dynamics components). It combines extremely compact dimensions with premium performance and precision. The machine stands out for its three-roller architecture arranged on a **small-footprint** structure, engineered to operate with maximum geometric stability and allow the operator to perform high-precision manual machining, following complex curvature radiuses and miniaturized three-dimensional geometries. The machine is equipped with a **1.5 kW motor**, the ideal power to guarantee constant torque and prevent RPM drops even on complex geometries and tough alloys. Managed via inverter, the belt speed is continuously adjustable **from 600 to 3600 rpm**, allowing fine modulation of the cutting speed based on the treated alloys (**cobalt-chrome, special steels, titanium**) and the type of abrasive used. The belt tracking unit accommodates a three-roller system (drive wheel, tensioning roller, and final contact wheel) with a total **belt length of 2000 mm** and variable widths from 12 to 25 mm. The tensioning is entirely managed via a pneumatic cylinder that guarantees millimeter-precise and constant compensation for belt stretch under load, keeping cutting conditions always stable and preventing any micro-slippage. To work with precision inside narrow profiles and concave surfaces, the machine supports compact contact w**heels with diameters ranging from ø40 to ø80 mm**. As an option, a special configuration is available featuring a hard rubber platen positioned before the contact wheel, ideal for performing geometric flattening, linear grinding, or creating sharp radiuses on blades and prosthetic components. In addition to the standard version, the machine is available in an exclusive configuration equipped with spark-proof **aluminum guards**, specifically engineered for the completely safe machining of titanium, drastically reducing the ignition risks associated with reactive dust.
