Belt Grinding Machines
Twin-belt single-motor machine designed for medium-duty belt grinding operations and precision surface finishing. The dual-arm architecture allows combined or sequential processes (such as roughing and fine finishing) to be performed on the same workstation, optimizing workflows. This machine is particularly valued and highly performing in the **fashion industry** (accessories, buckles, metal hardware) thanks to its exceptional suitability for using soft contact wheels. Driven by a single, **non-ventilated 3 kW motor**, optimized to guarantee power and silent operation. The machine can be configured in three variants to perfectly adapt to the required processing: -Fixed speed: **3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system for a rapid stop. -Dual speed: **1500 / 3000 rpm** with an integrated electronic brake system, to switch quickly from roughing to finishing. -Variable speed: range **from 600 to 3600 rpm** via inverter, with acceleration and dynamic braking ramps managed directly by the electronics. Equipped with two independent belt tensioner arms, configurable for a **belt length of 2500 mm or 3000 mm** and for **widths of 50 mm or 100 mm**. As standard, the machine features a time-tested rack-and-pinion mechanical tensioning system. As an option, automatic pneumatic tensioning can be requested, which compensates for belt elongation during processing by keeping the pressure constant. Designed for contact wheels with a standard diameter of ΓΈ250 mm, ideal for working both with hard coatings for stock removal and with soft foam or rubber wheels for finishing and blending. Each belt is enclosed within a robust protective guard complete with an integrated dust extraction outlet, designed for the immediate channeling of dust and sparks toward the filtration system.
