Developed to offer a perfect balance between operational efficiency, setup flexibility, and maximum safety in metalworking and finishing departments, this manual grinder features a completely independent **dual-motor** architecture. The separate-motor engineering strictly complies with the most stringent occupational safety legislation. By allowing two operators to work simultaneously on the same machine in total autonomy, this configuration eliminates the risks of mutual interference: each workstation is electrically and mechanically isolated from the other, ensuring that the start-up or emergency stop of one belt does not affect the operational continuity of the second operator in any way. The machine is ideal for covering the entire machining cycle of the workpiece, offering excellent performance in both standard stock removal and precision surface finishing. The machine is equipped with two independent industrial **3 kW** motors, enclosed in a robust cast iron housing designed to dampen micro-vibrations and guarantee maximum structural stability. They are available in three speed control variants to accommodate any workflow: -fixed speed at **3000 rpm** or dual speed at 3000/1500 rpm, complete with an electronic brake, optimized for constant and linear grinding operations. -variable speed (**600 - 3000 rpm**) managed via inverter, to accurately regulate the cutting speed based on the material (aluminum, steel, brass, titanium) and preserve the quality of the abrasive belt during delicate finishing. The belt tracking arms offer excellent geometric modularity and are configured to optimize consumption and abrasive tool life: -configurable to use abrasive belts with a **length of 2500 mm or 3000 mm**, lengths that ensure optimal natural heat dissipation and ideal cooling of the belt under stress, with **widths ranging from 50 to 100 mm**. -utilization of **ΓΈ250 mm wheels**, available in our catalog in various Shore hardnesses and material variants (serrated rubber, smooth rubber, foam) to modulate cutting aggressiveness or the flexibility needed to follow workpiece profiles. Standard configuration equipped with a proven mechanical rack-and-pinion system, or optional with a pneumatic cylinder for real-time constant compensation of belt stretch due to mechanical stress. Perfectly in line with the legal requirements for workstation independence, the machine is equipped with a dual emergency stop foot pedal system (one on each side). Each operator can instantly stop the movement of their own belt by simple foot pressure, keeping their hands firmly on the component for maximum operational control and safety.
