Belt Grinding Machines
Horizontal surface belt grinder, representing the ideal tool for machine shops and metalworking industries performing flattening, deburring, sanding, and linear finishing on flat parts. The backing platen offers a rigid and perfectly leveled support, allowing absolute control over geometries and uniform stock removal across the 150 mm wide belt. Designed for abrasive **belts with an 1800x150 mm length**, a configuration that ensures an excellent useful working surface combined with optimal thermal dissipation during abrasion. The machine is equipped with a** 3 kW motor** and can be configured in two versions with dedicated braking systems: -Fixed speed (3000 rpm): equipped with a fail-safe **disc brake**, which guarantees the immediate stopping of the belt in case of emergency or power failure. -Variable speed (**600 - 3600 rpm**): managed via inverter, to perfectly adapt the cutting speed to the type of metal being processed or the type of abrasive used. The stop and deceleration ramps are managed directly by the inverter. The adjustable work rest square is positioned perpendicularly to the backing platen, to allow the operator to position the workpiece in total safety and maintain constant, precise working angles. The belt is protected by a guard designed to prevent accidental contact. The system integrates a dedicated extraction outlet to immediately channel the flow of fine dust and sparks toward the centralized filtration system.
