Belt Grinding Machines
Machine designed for heavy-duty and high-precision flattening, surface grinding, and deburring of flat parts; this vertical grinder represents a solid and versatile solution for machine shops and industrial metalworking. The presence of the ground **steel platen** guarantees a perfectly flat and rigid backing surface, ideal for achieving precise and uniform geometries on workpieces of various sizes. The machine can be configured to accommodate **abrasive belts with a length of 2500 mm**, available in four different widths: 150, 200, 250, and 300 mm, thereby covering the processing of both narrow profiles and large-scale components. Configurable according to production needs with motors **from 3 kW up to 5.5 kW**. It is possible to choose between the fixed speed version (3000 rpm), suitable for rapid roughing and high stock removal, and the variable speed version (from 600 to 3000 rpm via inverter), essential for treating heat-sensitive materials or for surface finishing operations. The belt grinder is equipped with a solid **workpiece support table** adjustable in distance and tilt. This allows the operator to safely and perfectly position the part against the platen, ensuring an ergonomic posture and optimal control of the working pressure. To effectively counteract the dispersion of dust and sparks into the environment, the machine is equipped with an integrated dual dust extraction outlet. The heavy-duty structural steel machine body ensures maximum operational stability, absorbing the resonances of the moving belt and guaranteeing constant flatness on the processed workpiece.
