Belt grinding bench
Height adjustable belt grinding bench, created for the finishing of small parts (including orthopedics and aerospace items), using different rollers and plates. The 3 independent belt arms, each one with its own motor, allow the machine to be equipped with different arms/rollers (for different operations) or with different grits, to perform the various finishing in an effective and fast way.
3x 0.5 HP independent motors.
Belt arms 100x13 mm, with spring abrasive belt tension and locking ring.
Variable speed from 600 to 6000 rpm (up to 27 m/s).
Adjustable bench height from 750 to 1030 mm, to offer always the optimal working position to the operators (it's possible to work both in a standing or sitting position), using electric lifting columns.
